The black is more sporty and the yellow gold has an old world charm to it. Can't go wrong with either

Dial symmetry comes at the cost of legibility, and to me they get boring quickly too. IWC and Patek symmetrical recent AC/PC models look kind of rigid to me

The original Ludwig looks pretty good for a 27 year old watch. Have a good weekend all.
