The original Lind is huge, if I remember. This one is important, for me, because it contains the last true in house movement made by Longines, a brand that has a lot of history in terms of watchmaking. It's from 1977, meaning that I believe it qualifies a...

yup, a 16550. Not many notices the subtle differences from the 16570. I know it doesn't count as a vintage with the sapphire and the wg surrounds but the warm patina of the tritium and the fact that they are quite rare does it for me :) A very wearable "c...

glad you are interested in Vintage Daytona. The one on the left is the Ref 6239 circa(1969),it is the earliest daytona. Originally the subdial is black ,but due to humidity , oxidation , paint qlty in that period etc it has turn brown or as we call them "...
