That's some lineup!

They look fabulous and a fairly eclectic spread.
I'm sure they drank very well.
My tipple for Christmas was more low brow---a Russian blanc from th Black Sea which had nose suggestive of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris and a relatively austere palate with receding fruit. Most likely should have been drunk three years earlier.
The spanish red was similarly drunk too late as the fruit of plums and blackcurrant were fading.
Still ,a good time to explore new wines with X'mas fare.
Cheers to your great lineup!!
