Seiko is a great manufacturer, from cheap entry levels to minute repeater, but their task (or mission, as all the companies love to tell us ) is to provide the best quality at the best price.

i think it's since the beginning of this year that someone did realize it was the time to sell overseas.

I don't agree when you talk about the watches like investments: GF creates expensive watches, but as many others do, so this is one of the illusions that the manufacturers sell to the people, but good luck for you

If i can be sincere, i don't like none of them, because they are too thick and big : today no watchmaker really deserves the fame and, most important, the money they ask for, because it's easy to begin from a base plate, an old abandoned projects, CNC machines, lasers, PC with CAD CAM softwares.....that's the reason i gave everything away and i bought my seiko, because it worths every euros i paid.

i think you are a black sheep because you say what you think, and today, obsessed and overwhelmed by the politically correct, only few braves (or mad ;-) ) dare doing it
