. . . unless a second ref 6512 miraculously passes my way and the timing is right. As much as I appreciate some vintage (and even recent) models, there's a nagging pull on my conscience about Rolex; too ubiquitous, too commercial, too accepted.
It's assuring to see a fellow Purist naturally given to caution taking the Rolex plunge.
