Dear Joe, here goes my decision for this week’s wristscan.
I will need you help with the photographs because we have had the not-so-atypical internet clampdown in China this week and I am proving unable to upload photos at this time…
This week the static photo decision looks easier than the wrist one because there are not so many static ones, and one of the contenders seems to have bought most of the tickets of the raffle!! Jporos, that is…
However, Blomman has submitted a very strong ticket with the line-up of JLC’s of which the blue and the red Reversos are a permanent temptation for my weak force of will… Also, the JLC Chrometre over the sandstones is a very good shot which would merit a winning decision every day of the week!
However, Jporos has submitted so many photos, and of such good quality, that it would be a pity not to acknowledge his effort! Of all those I am going to choose as winner his choice for Wednesday…not just because of the nice composition with the flower leaves on the back, but also because the Nomos appears beautifully without any reflections and perfectly defined.
Congrats!
Best,
Juan
Congratulations...a fine shot and a very worthy winner.

It's like that Batman scene. You can't get to all of them at the same time. And maybe two of the judges have made verdicts. So who do you visit? Time to visit only one.

Hi Joe, The task of picking a winner from the pool of ever increasing quality WS will never be easy. There were many outstanding entries as usual and as a consolation to those who were not chosen – there's always next week! :) For this week's winning wris...
Hi Joe, I've selected Blomman's JLC Geophysic as my watch of the week. I love the purity of the dial, and the evenly patinated hands on his watch. It's a timepiece from JLC's back catalog with a great history, and an absolutely timeless design aesthetic. ...
Everything I like in a watch. I also appreciate the outsized crown. Sometimes the little crowns on vintage watches are not user friendly. Not the case with this beautiful JLC. Cheers, Daos
