Watch of the Week has been awarded . . .
Dec 22, 2014,16:27 PM
. . . to pplater!
"Dear Art,
This time, my job is rather easy, since pplater's Klings is the most noteworthy and unique watch shown in this Wrist Scan thread . . .
. . . although I have to admit that I prefer the backside view over the front. I hope it is eligible for Watch of the Week?
Followed by it is the Vianney Halter Antiqua . . .
. . . from cazalea, a real milestone design from Vianney. And, last but not least, Melvyn's PuristSPro chronograph by Chopard . . .
. . . a great timepiece!
Best regards,
Marcus"
While I agree with Marcus that the Klings chronometer was the Watch of the Week, the call was closer than it normally would've been given the spate of late heavyweight entries by Gary. As it happened, Marcus' decision was received
before Gary posted, so as Judge of Last Resort, a special prize has been awarded to Gary for his bevy of beauties.
I mean, seriously, how can you help but be impressed . . .
. . . by a portrait such as this?
Have a happy holiday week ahead, all, and see you next week for the last session of Wrist Scan 2014.
