Agree, JLC also up there in terms of movements. But for me Longines still a bit ahead due to consistency of finishings, the fact that Longines had their own chronograph calibers (a notable and remarkable absence for JLC given their history as movement supplier and given their otherwise depth and breadth of complications), and lastly given Longines consistent participation in observatory competitions and hence specially developed movements like 30B, 360, 30Z.
