One Q - hope not " heretic" for your opinion :
- When the Certification for Chronometry &/or COSC are considered,
I sometimes wonder as brands such as JLC , had and still do have Chronometers
in their portfolio, ( and many models without that qualifyer) for many other models
use their own (eg.:1000 hrs) testing whereby they do testing the watch as a whole;
Having said so, obviously sometimes the " tolerance limits" , even under more
stringent conditions, are even better than, let's say a given chronometer parameter set .
- Thus, is it just lazyness, or shaving costs on the manuf & testing process,
and/ or is it really still the " it", making some difference and to be looked for ?
